Central Richland

Many houses located in Central Richland tell the historic story of the city of Richland. The unique “alphabet houses” were built to accommodate the tremendous growth in population at the Hanford site during World War II. The area provides numerous green spaces and city parks, many located on the Columbia and Yakima River. Tri-Cities newest golf course, Columbia Point, offers a challenging course to golfers of all levels. Kadlec Regional Medical Center provides Southeastern Washington with the most comprehensive health care services in the region. This area is also popular for an interesting nightlife with frequent live music venues.
